To support the continuous expansion of the University of Applied Sciences in Graubünden, a new four-storey building was developed, featuring a wood-concrete composite structural system for sustainable and efficient construction.

BIM Something is assisting the construction management team at Drees & Sommer AG as BIM Global Coordinator, implementing a BIM collaboration process via a dedicated platform. This ensures smooth coordination across all disciplines, including architecture, structural design, MEP, kitchen and laboratory planning, and civil works.

Located north of the St. Johann train station in Basel, this project is part of the district's transformation from a purely industrial area into a residential and commercial hub. The development features a six-storey building with four structural cores.

The role of BIM Global Coordinator and CDE Manager has been filled in collaboration with Drees & Sommer AG to facilitate the BIM collaboration between key disciplines. Responsibilities include leading regular coordination meetings, ensuring smooth communication, and auditing BIM models to meet quality standards for project deliverables.

The Montétan Foundation for Children and Adolescents is undertaking a relocation project to the CHUV site. This strategic move involves the construction of a new building specifically designed to accommodate all of the foundation's services dedicated to young patients.

As part of this project, BIM Something provides BIM Management and Quality Assurance services. Its primary role was to develop the BIM Execution Plan and define the project-specific use cases. BIM Something was also responsible for the quality control of the digital models, ensuring compliance with the Client's requirements.
